Ant International President Douglas Feagin: How Alipay+ contributes to European growth

Ant International President Douglas Feagin said that after enabling Alipay payments in over 40 countries across Asia, the U.S. and some part of Europe, there are more global opportunities to explore.

He said that Europe is a high focus after the organization spent a good portion of the last several years in Asia. Digital transactions are growing in Asia but more business needs to be expanded in Europe, Feagin said.

In Europe, Alipay+ merchants can include mom-and-pop stores across various countries as well as travel-focused services such as taxis.
